  • Domestic Shipments (USA): Shipped via UPS or USPS.

  • International Shipments: Shipped via UPS.

International Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or value-added taxes (VAT) based on your shipping location.

  • Pre-Paid Delivery (DDP): Wherever possible, we utilize pre-paid duty and tax shipping methods at checkout. By collecting these local taxes directly during checkout, we ensure the carrier handles customs clearance automatically on your behalf, allowing your package to arrive at your door without unexpected courier brokerage fees or border delays.

  • Uncollected Fees: In rare instances where a destination country doesn't support pre-paid customs processing or if unexpected regional changes occur, the recipient is responsible for any local fees required to release the package from customs.
